Is the diagnostic free?
Yes. Diagnostics are free, including for mail-in devices. A diagnostic can take up to 5 business days, depending on the damage, the device's condition and part availability.
What is the difference between Premium and Aftermarket screens?
Premium screens are OLED. Aftermarket screens are LCD. iPhone models before iPhone X are offered with LCD screens only.
Can I upgrade my screen later?
Yes, with our 30-Day Screen Upgrade. If you choose an Aftermarket (LCD) screen, you can upgrade to a Premium (OLED) screen within 30 days by paying the difference, on models where a Premium screen is offered. The original screen must come back undamaged.
Is there a warranty?
